This ANTI-ANXIETY BLEND essential oil contains Bergamot, Lavender (French) & Ylang Ylang.  This essential oil is used in the creative writing pack for Anxiety, Stress and Depression. You will only need to purchase this oil separately with the audio version. It is included with print and braille packs.
 
Please note that the advice on using the oil is in tiny print on the bottle. Use oil on tissue as guided in the exercise and do not put directly onto skin unless diluted with a carrier oil.
